Welcome!

Hello everyone!

We are very happy to officially start our AYLP Costa Rica Panama 2011 blog.  

This blog will give the participants the opportunity to share their experiences and expectations before, during and after the program.

We are looking forward to the summer!

    Ok, so I thought it would be a good idea to maybe get to know eachother a little more before we just all meet eachother on the airport and go on this big adventure, so i made a group on facebook that we could all use to get to know eachother better. I'd appreciate it if u all would join it so we can start learning more about the people we are going to spend a month with in a foreign country :)

    Hi everyone!
    Marines, Cesar, Meghan and I have been working hard in preparation for this trip, and we're super excited that it's almost here! Things I'm looking forward to: meeting all of you, going to EARTH University again (my third time!), seeing Panama City and also rural Panama for the first time, playing soccer, having great discussions, playing music (I'm bringing my backpacker guitar and I'm excited for some jam sessions), learning more about sustainable agriculture and sustainable development, and of course, rice and beans!

Please enjoy yourselves to the fullest but always be safe & cautious.
